Chủ ngữ số ít (she) cần động từ thêm -s ở thì hiện tại đơn.

✗ He has immersed on the culture.→✓ He has immersed himself in the culture.

Cấu trúc đúng là 'immerse oneself IN something', không dùng 'on'.

✗ They was immersing themselves in the topic.→✓ They were immersing themselves in the topic.

Chủ ngữ số nhiều (they) dùng were, không dùng was.
